I am a musician, so my hearing is very important to me - but equally important is being able to hear clearly, so standard earplugs never worked for me.
The small fit Bilsons work perfectly, I get a nice clear sound and it's 20+ db quieter.
I also use them for other applications, I spent 3.5 hours grinding steel inside a shipping container - again, the sound was clear - but at a much safer level.

I'll be buying more now. (to give out)
