Earsonics have produced a remarkable generic earplug with an innovative natural sound acoustic filter. Designed and innovated by a leading French sound engineer, to give you a real world response even when you have the PAD firmly in place. The idea of the Earsonics PAD is to compensate for the ears physical make up. A bit like the loudness button on an amplifer, it boosts the low and high frequencies as the sound level decreases. The human ear is less likely to hear these nuances in the sound at lower sound levels, so they are lifted to compensate. The result is remarkable for a passive acoustic filter. If you have tried the ER20 and found the 20dB filter a bit to strong then the PAD which is 16dB, will be a perfect replacement. NOW with Lanyard and Carry Case.
