Infra Red Systems

Infra-red Systems are able to give an alternative to loop systems where installing a loop could be impractical. Infra-red systems work in a different way to loops and basically use IR light (invisible) as a medium for transmitting their signal which is in turn picked up by a small light sensor receiver worn by the recipient of the audio signal. Headphones or small personal induction loops can then be used to listen. A good option of the headphones is that use is not only restricted to people with hearing aids.
