4.1 Account Security

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts are set per payment method, typically starting from 10–20 units of your local currency. All payment methods must be registered in your own name — we do not accept payments from third parties, and we do not accept cash or cryptocurrency.

5.2 Withdrawals

At GrandIvy, our minimum withdrawal amount is NZ$20 or the local-currency equivalent. To be eligible for withdrawal, you must have made at least one lifetime deposit and wagered that deposit in full at least once. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Methods are unlocked for withdrawal after a successful deposit using that method has been confirmed.

Our withdrawal limits are as follows:

  • Maximum withdrawal: 5,000 (local currency) per week, with higher limits available for VIP members.
  • Maximum payout per single bet or spin: 250,000 (local currency), excluding progressive jackpots.
  • Wins of 100,000 or more are paid in ten monthly instalments (10% per month).
  • Jackpots above 250,000 may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Progressive jackpots are paid in full without instalment limits.

Withdrawal requests at Grand Ivy Casino undergo a review period of 1–2 business days. Once approved, funds are processed immediately but may take up to 3 working days to appear in your account depending on your payment method.

6. Bonuses and Promotions
